What is a wedding webcast? What is a live webcast? What is ‘on demand’?
A ‘webcast on internet’ is similar to a ‘telecast on TV’.  Just like you can either see a live cricket match on TV or view its recorded version later, similarly you can either have a ‘live webcast’ of your wedding through the internet or make a recorded version of it available to your guests for viewing later. With a ‘live webcast’ your friends/relatives who are unable to make it to the venue can view your wedding ceremonies ‘as they happen’ i.e. in ‘real time’. You can also keep a recorded version of the video on your website, which your friends/relatives can view ‘on demand’ from your wedding website at any time.

What will the wedding website contain?
Your wedding website will contain several web pages which will carry loads of photos and information. Some of the common features are:
:: Home page: This page will contain a welcome note for visitors to your website. It will also have an introductory paragraph of when and where you will be getting married. After the wedding, you can include a thank you message to replace the welcome paragraph.
:: Our Story: Share the romantic way in which your proposal transpired. Share your personal story on how you met your fiancée and vice versa. Everyone will love the details and putting this information online will make a great read for friends and family.
:: About Us: Let everyone know a little more about you, your significant other and the bridal party. This is a great place for baby pictures. Include your home town, your education, current interests, or anything.
:: Wedding Events: This page will contain details about all ceremonies related to the wedding, including dates, times, locations, theme and any other details you would like to add. We could also create a separate page for each event.
:: Photo Gallery: One important feature of wedding websites is of course photos. Remember, the friends and family of your fiancé may hardly know who you are, they will love seeing photos of you both. You can post photos from when you were little tykes right up to your engagement photos

How long does it take to get my website up on the Internet?
Depending on the design and package you choose, it can take from 2 weeks to 2 months for your wedding website to be online.

Can you explain the process once we’re ready to get started on our site?
We will first discuss your requirements and answer any questions you might have about our service. Then we would suggest a suitable package based on your feedback. Once you approve the package we will ask you to complete the Design Brief. This will help us understand your preferences better. Once we have your photos, videos and text, we will start designing your site. We will show you the website during various stages of development to make sure you are happy with the look-and-feel. On completion, we will make the website available on internet. We will update the website again after the wedding with new pictures and text.

How do I send you my photos?
We generally prefer digital copies of photos which you can send us on a CD/email/upload it.  The pictures should be high quality in JPEG, PNG, GIF, PSD, BMP or TIFF format.

What if I don't own a digital camera or a scanner?
Photo scanning can be done at copy and print shops and film can be developed and placed on CDs at most film processing centers.  These photos can then be emailed to us.  Pictures can also be sent to us via conventional mail and we will scan them in for you. There will be a separate fee for scanning and touch-ups of print photos.  We strongly advise you to send us copies of photos and not the originals. However, if you would like your photos returned, please specify that clearly.

How do I send you my videos?
Please send us the video in VCD/DVD format. Please specify the start and end time of the clip(s) that you want to put up on the website.

Can you arrange for photographers / videographers on the wedding venue?
Yes we can do that for an additional cost. Our photographers specialize in still and video photography for the internet.

How will my guests find my wedding website?
We will email you the website address, which you send out to your family and friends by email. We strongly recommend including the address in your wedding invitation card.
